Microsoft Teams Live Events

Within a Microsoft Teams Live Event, the default setting requires specific people to be invited as presenters. You may also select an option to allow external presenters. Should you wish to adjust who can present and share content, you may do so during the initial setup of the live event or before the live event.

Initial Setup

When initiating the live event, in the Invite people to your event group box, add the names of your event group—the people who'll be presenting and producing the event. The event group can consist of anyone inside or outside your organization.

Before the Live Event

To adjust presenter settings before the Live Event, open the Live Event invitation and click Edit

Upon selecting Edit, you will be able to add or remove presenters as during the initial setup.
