Microsoft Teams Meetings

Within a Microsoft Teams Meeting, the default setting allows for any attendee or guest, the ability to present and share content. Should you wish to limit who can present and share content, you may do so either before or during the meeting.

Before the Meeting

To adjust these settings before a meeting, open the meeting invitation and select Meeting options

Within Meeting options, you can change the default setting of Who can present? from "Everyone" to one of the options shown below.

During the Meeting

To adjust these settings during a meeting, click on the "More" option with the three dots, and select Meeting options. Use the Who can present? drop down menu to adjust presenter rights.
