Credo Reference is a library database that contains full-text dictionaries, encyclopedias, and other reference books that can be searched using key words. Use this database to find definitions, overview articles on a topic, or even pronunciation of medical terms!
Once in the database, you have two options for searching. You can either type your search terms in the search box at the top or browse through Topics on the right.
From the search results page, you can:
- Narrow your search using the options on the left. For example, you can select a date range.
- On the top, you have the option to view all the search results, only images, only topic pages, or mind maps.
- Some of your searches will retrieve a Topic Pages at the top. Topic pages provide an overview of your topic.
- To view one of the search results, simply click on a title.
