If my parents are divorced, whose information do I need?

Answer

To complete the FAFSA you will use the information for the parent that you lived with the most during the past year.  It does not matter if either parent claimed you on their taxes.  If you did not live with either parent during the last year, or lived equally with both parents, you will use the information for the parent that provided the most financial support the last time support was given.
