My advisor told me to log into the Student Account Center, but I'm prompted for a password I never set in the first place. What do I do?

Answer

Once you log in via the Student Portal, the Student Account Center will require an additional log in. You should use the same credentials to log in to the Student Account Center as you did to get into the portal (your Rasmussen student email address and password).

Please reach out to the Personal Support Center (PSC) at 866-693-2211 if you continue to experience trouble logging in.

For directions on how to access the Student Account Center via the portal see our Answer here: http://rasmussen.libanswers.com/faq/33190

  1. Students use their same credentials to log-in to the Student Account Center as they do for their Student Portal. The Account Center is accessible through the portal, but they will be required to log-in again. The first time they log-in, they will be asked their favorite cartoon charter as their security question.
