My advisor told me to log into the Student Account Center, but I'm prompted for a password I never set in the first place. What do I do?

Answer

Once you log in via the Student Portal, the Student Account Center will require an additional log in. You should use the same credentials to log in to the Student Account Center as you did to get into the portal (your Rasmussen student email address and password).

Please contact Classroom IT Support at 866-693-2211 if you continue to experience trouble logging in.
