How do I save resources from my EBSCOhost custom folders so I can still access them after the platform refresh?

Answer

Due to an EBSCOhost platform update, resources saved in individual EBSCOhost database custom folders must be saved before December 18, 2024; this includes custom folders in databases such as Academic Search Complete, CINAHL, and Business Source Complete. Note: This does not affect items saved in the default My Folder or folders within the Discovery database.

Custom Folders look like this in the individual EBSCOhost databases:

To save your resources:

Go to one of the EBSCOhost databases (not Discovery Search) and click on Folder in the top right corner
Open each Custom Folder and select the resources you want to save
Select one of these options:

Move to My Folder
Email
Save as a File
Export
