How do I get started with AccessPhysiotherapy?

Answer

Access Physiotherapy is a program where you will find most of the textbooks used in the Doctor of Physical Therapy curriculum. On the site, you will have access to all the physical therapy textbooks published by McGraw-Hill and FA Davis. Faculty can share direct links to sections of books that will support your learning, however, you will have the ability to read and search as many books as you like.

It is helpful to create a MyAccess account. This allows you to “favorite” a book or parts of books (i.e. a table, image, diagram) for easy access. To do this, scroll down the page until you see this area and create an account.

Tip when searching the textbooks:

If you would like to search both McGraw-Hill and FA Davis, then you need to click on the triangle and select All Sites. If you select AccessPhysiotherapy, it will only search the McGraw-Hill texts.
