Microsoft Teams: How do I save a PowerPoint presentation in OneDrive and share it using PowerPoint Live in a Teams Meeting?

There are two ways to save a PowerPoint presentation in OneDrive for use in PowerPoint Live.
One way to save a presentation or another file in your OneDrive is through Files in Teams.
Note: First, be sure you are logged into Teams with your Rasmussen credentials.
- In the options at the far left of the Teams window, click Files.
- Click the Upload tab and select the file from your computer. Alternatively, you can drag the file to the area marked Drag files here.
Another way to save a presentation in your OneDrive is by selecting the OneDrive account associated with your Rasmussen account, when you save a presentation in PowerPoint.
Once the file is loaded in OneDrive, you can share it using PowerPoint Live:
- Click the Share button.
- In the Share content menu, scroll down to PowerPoint Live.
- Select the file from the list or click Browse OneDrive to locate the file.
