Microsoft Teams: What do I do if I receive an error message when trying to sync students in Teams?

Failed synchronizations are possible, especially for users with multiple accounts for testing and support. When attempting to synchronize courses with these users enrolled, you may see an error message as shown below.
In some cases, the Teams integration will only partially synchronize your course. You may see an error message as shown below.
If you receive either of these error messages:
- Verify that the students in your course roster in Blackboard match the member list in Teams.
- If you see a preview user in your Blackboard roster, unenroll them.
- If you see other discrepancies in the roster or continue to see these messages, contact Classroom IT Support.
