You can add images to a Microsoft Word document. Follow these steps:
1. Search for an image and save to a file.
2. Open the Word document and place the cursor where you want the picture or image to appear.
3. Click on Insert in the ribbon at the top of the page > select Picture > Select This Device from the dropdown menu.
4. Navigate to the location on your computer where you saved the image you want to place in your document. Click on the image that you to insert into your document > Click Insert.
5. Your picture will be inserted into your document.
