Where can I find my state's early learning standards?

Answer

States establish learning standards to ensure statewide expectations for student learning.  Sometimes, these learning standards are based on the Common Core for K-12. Also, many states have learning standards for early childhood.

The easiest way to find a state's early learning standards is to do a simple Google search.  Type the name of the state followed by early learning standards and click search.  For example:

This search produced Minnesota's early learning standards, in this case, titled Early Childhood Indicators of Progress. Please note that your state may also have a slightly different name for early learning standards.

Additionally, the U. S. Department of Health and Human Service produced this listing of early learning standards for each state.  If the link no longer works, look at the title for the early learning standards for your state and conduct a Google search with this title.
