How do I access and use the Journal feature in BlackBoard Ultra?

Blackboard Ultra includes several tools that you can access within your online class. To access and use the Journal tool, click on Tools in the left column of your course home page:

A page will open in the middle panel. Scroll through the list of options and click on Journals.

Only your instructor can create a journal topic. Once your instructor creates a journal topic, you can begin your journal entry.

On the journal topic page, select Create Journal Entry. Type a title and message. You can also upload a file from your computer if you choose. Then, you can post the entry or save it as a draft for later posting. To view a saved journal entry, select View Drafts.
