What is SQ3R?

Answer

SQ3R is an active reading strategy that will help you absorb more information from your reading.

SQ3R stands for:

  • Survey
  • Question
  • Read
  • Recall
  • Review

Read carefully, breaking up your reading into small sections, looking for main ideas.

RECALL
