How to locate and download 10-Ks and 10-Qs?

2. Search for your company's name or ticker symbol. Open the company's record (Mergent Market Atlas navigation video).

3. To access 10-Qs, 10-Ks, and other SEC filings, navigate to the Filings tab.

4. You can search for the specific file type you need or scan down the list until you come to the file you are looking for.

5. Click on a file name to open it.

NOTE: Company financial filings can also be found via Edgar Company Filings on the SEC.gov site
