Where would I find the text of a court case or decision based upon a principle of contract law?

This is for the Business Law course.

Answer

Court cases can be found in multiple locations, including library databases such as FastCase and various websites. Try searching FastCase and the websites recommended below using terms such as: "contract", "breach of contract", "material breach", etc.

Once you have found a case you wish to use, you may want to continue searching for information on the case using one of the library databases, such as Discovery.
