To share a whiteboard, open the Share menu and select Whiteboard.
(Or you can click + New Whiteboard at the top right of your meeting room.) This will give others access to the whiteboard tool. 

Most of the whiteboard functionalities can be seen in the screenshot below. 

To let attendees/participants use the whiteboard, select the pen and arrow icon (the top one on the annotation toolbar). 

To clear the whiteboard, simply select the little arrow next to the eraser icon on the left panel. The options listed there are:

  • Clear My Pointer - will clear your arrow (it's yellow in the screenshot below)
  • Clear All Pointers - will clear everyone's arrows 
  • Clear My Annotations - will clear all your text, lines, shapes, pen, and pencil marks
  • Clear All Annotations - will clear everyone's text, lines, shapes, pen, and pencil marks
