How can I adjust the email notifications I receive from Blackboard Ultra?

Blackboard Ultra allows you to customize how you receive email notifications. In order to manage your email notifications, access the Ultra Navigation Profile area by clicking on your name in the left hand navigation. Uncheck the boxes from the notifications you do not want to receive and keep the boxes checked for what you do want to receive. 

You can also choose if you wish to receive email notifications once daily or as they are available. In the below image for example, you may choose to receive notifications from student course messages as they are submitted.
