Below are the steps to change the chat box in WebEx, so participants can only reply to “Everyone”:

  1. Click on Assign Privileges
  2. Uncheck all options under chat privately (keep reply publicly with everyone checked)
  3. Click on Assign

 

You may also consider checking Mute on Entry and unchecking Entry and Exit Tone.
