Steps for inserting a photo into announcements:

  1. Click on Create Announcement.
  2. Type in a Title. 
  3. Click on the Photo Icon--If you don't see the icon, go to the right hand side of the screen for more options.
  4. When prompted to locate the photo, locate where you've saved it and fill in a brief description and title for it.
  5. Click Insert.
  6. Select Date Restrictions as applicable.
  7. Click Submit.

Use the photo announcements, short videos, and written text to recommend resources to students.  You can save yourself some time with grading feedback as well.
