IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERFaculty should never delete content that was provided through course development, nor should faculty alter, delete, or add assignments attached to the grade book for the course (unless explicitly told to do so from your Dean).

With the above disclaimer stated, faculty can add supplemental materials (scholarly articles, learning resources, sample assignments, etc.) to the Lesson Content folder in Blackboard Learn.  Doing so can enhance instructor presence and the learning process.  Faculty can add supplemental materials through the Build Content feature from within a Lesson Content page.

For step-by-step instructions about adding supplemental materials to a Lesson Content folder, please see the resources under Adding Supplemental Materials to a Lesson Content Folder in Update 1.0 to Blackboard Learn Faculty Training, which can be found in Rasmussen University’s Faculty Guide to Blackboard Learn (Password AAOPD).
