Why won't my PowerPoint Notes show up in the PPT Notes Panel when using WebEx Meeting Center?

Answer

Unfortunately, WebEx does not support all versions of the Microsoft Office Suite. If you are using Microsoft Office 2013, your notes will not appear in the Meeting Center Panel. WebEx Support indicates that only versions 2010 or earlier will permit the use of the PPT Notes Panel.

Note: Even if you convert your file to 97-2003 version, they still may not work as 2013 is the main program used on your computer. For more information on the limitations of sharing PowerPoint 2013 Presentations, visit the WebEx Knowledge Base article: https://kb.webex.com/wbx74310
