How do I cite the ABA Model Rules of Professional Conduct in the APA style?

Answer

The American Bar Association's Model Rules of Professional Conduct are available on their website at http://www.americanbar.org/groups/professional_responsibility/publications/model_rules_of_professional_conduct.html

A reference in the ABA Model Rules in the APA style follows the format:  Author. (Date). Title. Access

The first in-text citation would be:

(American Bar Association [ABA], Center for Professional Responsibility, 2013).

The subsequent in-text citation would be:

(ABA, Center for Professional Responsibility, 2013).
