How do I get my eTextbook for M270/HSA2537 (Electronic Health Records and Medical Office Procedures)? It says I need an access code?

Answer

Students in the EHR course need an access code from their etextbook in order to use PRIMESUITE for the course. In order to find the code you need to use the PrimeSource eTextbook follow the instructions below.

1. Log into your VitalSource bookshelf (instructions on how to do that here: http://rasmussen.libanswers.com/faq/32952)

2. In the upper right corner, click on the little person icon and select 'Resources' from the dropdown menu

3. Click the 'Reveal Code' to get the access code for your textbook.

 

If you're still having trouble accessing your eTextbook, call the Personal Support Center at 1-866-693-2211.
