Am I able to auto-forward my SMAIL to my personal email account?

Answer

As of April 25, 2022, Rasmussen University will no longer allow the ability to auto-forward student @smail.rasmussen.edu emails to a personal email address. Due to recent global cybercrime activity, Rasmussen University is working diligently on fortifying its environments. Disabling auto-forwarding is a proactive cybersecurity initiative to protect student email accounts.

You can always access your @smail.rasmussen.edu account by logging onto https://outlook.office.com then using your student portal login information. If this is your first time logging on in 2022, you may also be prompted to configure multifactor authentication, which provides an additional layer of protection for you.
