Am I able to auto-forward my SMAIL to my personal email account?

Answer

No, due to global cybercrime activity, Rasmussen University is working diligently on fortifying its environment and does not allow the ability to auto-forward student @smail.rasmussen.edu emails to a personal email address. Disabling auto-forwarding is a proactive cybersecurity initiative to protect student email accounts.

You always access your @smail.rasmussen.edu account by logging onto https://outlook.office.com and using your student portal login information. When logging on for the first time, you may be prompted to configure multifactor authentication, which provides an additional layer of protection for you.
