Roe v. Wade is considered a landmark U.S. Supreme Court case.  The full text of the opinion is available in FastCase, a database containing court opinions, statutes, regulations and other legal materials available in the Rasmussen College Online Library.

After logging into FastCase, click on the "Advanced Caselaw Search" link on the left side of the page.

On the next page, type Roe v. Wade in the search textbox, then scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "Individual Jurisdiction," expand the U.S. Supreme Court and U.S. Appeals Courts section by clicking on the + sign, then check the box next to U.S. Supreme Court.  Click Search.

Roe V. Wade will appear as the first case in the results list.  Click on the title to view in full text.
