What do I do if I do not get my textbooks by the first day of classes?

Answer

If you are missing your online textbooks, check your student email and/or contact the Personal Support Center.

If you did not confirm your schedule, you will not receive your textbooks or e-textbooks!

If you are missing your paper textbooks (that you ordered through the bookstore), you will be able to use PDF files of the first three weeks' worth of readings. The PDF files can be accessed in a couple of ways: 

  • For residential courses, you can ask your instructor or the front desk for assistance in obtaining the chapters you need while you wait for your books to arrive.
  • For online courses, you will be able to access the first few chapters under the "Assignment" link in your first module, under the "Lesson" tab.

How can I find my course textbook?

You can expect a prompt response, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM Central Time (by the next business day on weekends and holidays).

Questions may be answered by a Librarian, Learning Services Coordinator, Instructor, or Tutor.
