Yes there are online drug guides provided through the library's database subscriptions.

In Nursing Reference Center you will find drug information (medical, trade, and generic drugs) from both the Davis Drug Guide for Nurses and the AHFS (American Hospital Formulary Service) Drug Information Essentials. Once you get to Nursing Reference Center, simply click on the Drug Information tab (see below) to get to the drug guide section.

Note: Lexi-PALS Drug Guide used to be available here, but as of 8/2012, has been replaced by AHFS Drug Information Essentials.

Consumer Health Complete has a Drug & Herb Information section that includes information from the most current Complete Guide to Prescription and Nonprescription Drugs by Perigee books. Click on the Drugs & Herb Information icon on the front page and then click on the Complete Guide to Prescription and NonPrescription Drugs image.

Also try searching our eBooks and Academic eBooks via EBSCO database for "drug guide".
