Try Googling "USP 797." A lot of different things come up, but if you scan through the urls (web addresses) of the sites that come up in the results list, you will notice that some make more sense than others.

Look at your results. One will go to...http://www.usp797.org/...which says it is a group dedicated to helping people understand the USP's 797 regulation. You might infer from that usp797 is not the original source...just someone that is interpreting for you. Depending on who usp797.org is, their information might be biased and might not be the best source. You'll have to do extra research to find out. 

Alternatively, you could keep looking down the list of results. One will be for USP.org   Perhaps, going directly to the source, to the USP website, would be better for finding out what USP 797 is!
