How do you put a link to a website address on a post?

Answer

To add a hyperlink to a website in a discussion post, first type in (or copy and paste) the link you want to add.  Then highlight that link, and while is still highlighted, click on the insert/edit web link button in the toolbar.  The button has a blue circle and small picture of metal chain links.

After you click the button a pop up window will appear and there will be a space to enter the address (or URL) of the site you want to link to.  Once you add it, and click ok, the text you highlighted will become a working link to the address you entered.

You can actually make any piece of text a link, not just a website address.  Just highlight the area you want to make into a link, and add an address using the insert/edit web link button.
