I need to find legal information...HELP!

Answer

FastCase is a library database that contains primary legal materials, including Federal and state statutes, cases, court rules, regulations, and more, that can be searched using keywords, natural language, or legal citations.  It can be accessed through the Rasmussen University Online Library, in the Databases A-Z list, and through the Resources link in any online class (click on Search eResources to link to the Database A-Z List).

Paralegal students have access to the premier legal database, Lexis+.  For more information about Lexis Advance, consult the Paralegal page in the School of Justice Studies Guide.

Several "free" websites provide access to legal resources (however, the resources on these websites may not be as current as FastCase, so use them with care!)
