Yes! Lexis Advance offers Live Chat Support to Paralegal students. Reminder that Lexis Advance is only accessible by Paralegal students, if other Rasmussen University students need to perform legal research, Fastcase is your other option.

Live Chat Support can help with legal searches, identifying keywords, search strategies, and technical issues. The service is for more than just technical questions, a support team member can help you with your searches.

Follow these steps to access Live Chat Support:

1. Select More in the upper right corner.

2. Select Live Chat Support in the dropdown menu.

3. A new window will open and your name and email should populate, but if they don’t, enter your information.

4. Next, select a Category and enter your question and click Submit.

5. A Support Team member will be in contact with you shortly.
