Where can I find information about research hospitals or pharmaceutical companies engaged in research using human subjects from at-risk populations?

Answer

Research hospitals and pharmaceutical companies using human subjects in their medical research activities must follow policies established by the Institutional Review Board (IRB) to ensure that subjects are treated fairly, safely, and ethically.

Consider using your favorite search engine to find a list of research hospitals (many are affiliated with major universities) and/or pharmaceutical companies.  Once an institution has been selected, search the institution's/company's website for their IRB policies.  For example, do a search for "research hospital IRB".
