1. Use Mergent Online

2. Search for your company's name or ticker symbol. Open the company's record (Mergent Online navigation video).

3. Navigate to the Reports tab to easily access 10-Ks and Annual Reports.

Click the reports tab and then click a link for a 10-K

4. To access 10-Qs and a multitude of historical 10-Ks, and other government filings, navigate to the Filings tab. Scroll through what is readily available to see if the results meet your needs. If not, you can conduct an advanced/historical search by selecting Click Here for Edgar Search.

Click on the Filings tab, and if you cannot find what you need, click the link that says "Click here for Edgar search"

5. Type in your company's ticker symbol or exact name 

6. Select or input an appropriate date range

7. For Select Type, choose 10K & 10Q

8. Press Search

Fill in the fields with your company's exact name or ticker abbreviation, input your date right, and choose 10K & 10Q under "Select Type"

9. A list of 10-Qs and 10-Ks will appear. Press the Excel button for the documents you wish to download.

In the results list, click the Excel icon to download whichever documents you wish.
