How to locate and download 10-Ks and 10-Qs?

Answer

1. Use Mergent Online

2. Search for your company's name or ticker symbol. Open the company's record (Mergent Online navigation video).

3. Navigate to the Annual Reports tab to easily access Annual Reports and/or 10-Ks. Click on the Report name to open it.

4. To access 10-Qs, 10-Ks, and other government filings, navigate to the Filings tab. Click on a file name to open it, or download into one of the available file formats (HTML, Word, Excel, or PDF).

5. If needed, you can conduct an advanced/historical search by selecting Click Here for Edgar Search.

6. Type in your company's ticker symbol or exact name. 

7. Select or input an appropriate date range.

8. For Select Type, choose 10K, 10Q, or 10K & 10Q.

8. Press Search.

Fill in the fields with your company's exact name or ticker abbreviation, input your date right, and choose 10K & 10Q under "Select Type"

9. A list of 10-Qs and/or 10-Ks will appear. Press the Excel button for the documents you wish to download.

In the results list, click the Excel icon to download whichever documents you wish.

NOTE: Company financial filings can also be found via Edgar Company Filings on the SEC.gov site
