On the first of each month, student accounts are automatically reset to 999 minutes of available Live Help tutoring. If a student uses Live Help for 999 minutes before the end of the month, s/he may request additional time be added to his/her account by contacting the Personal Support Center. 

Note: this is only for Live Help tutoring. Tutor Match appointments can still be scheduled.
