This is a common issue students experience. Grammarly support recommends you take the following steps to ensure the confirmation email doesn't end up in your spam or junk email folder:
- Add email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org to your contact list
- Go to https://www.grammarly.com/edu, click "Log in", and enter your email (Rasmussen smail email address) and password
- Click "Resend Email" button. There will be a message on the screen that reads "Email resent"
- Check your email for the message "ACTION REQUIRED: Confirm Your Email" from email@example.com
- Click "Verify email"
