This is a common issue students experience. Grammarly support recommends you take the following steps to ensure the confirmation email doesn't end up in your spam or junk email folder:

  1.  Add info@send.grammarly.com and donotreply@grammarly.com to your contact list
     
  2. Go to https://www.grammarly.com/edu, click "Log in", and enter your email (Rasmussen smail email address) and password
     
  3. Click "Resend Email" button. There will be a message on the screen that reads "Email resent"
     
  4. Check your email for the message "ACTION REQUIRED: Confirm Your Email" from donotreply@grammarly.com
     
  5. Click "Verify email"
