I need to find a case study on communication in healthcare among diverse populations.

How do I do this? Where do I start?

Some good databases for case studies are the databases CINAHL Plus with Full Text and Health Sciences and Nursing via ProQuest.

Here are some search strategies for CINAHL Complete:

Once you are in the database, scroll down through the search options until you see a box for Publication Type.

On the search page for CINAHL, scroll down until you see a box that says Publication Type.

Scroll within that box and select Case Study.

Scroll within the Publication Type box and select Case Study.

Then you can scroll back up to the search box and enter keywords, such as:

communication and diversity
communication and cultural competence

Here are some search strategies for Health Sciences and Nursing:

From the database homepage, click Advanced Search.

Above the search box, click Advanced Search.

Scroll down until you see the box for Document Type.

Scroll down until you see the box for Document Type.

Scroll within that box and select Case Study.

Scroll within that box and select Case Study.

Then you can go back to the top and enter the same keywords, such as:

communication and diversity
communication and cultural competence
