What is the Rasmussen University Online Library? Where can I find it?

The Rasmussen University Online Library is a collection of full-text eBooks, journals, newspapers, and more that can be searched using key words to retrieve resources for any research assignment.  Because the entire library collection is digital, it is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week wherever an Internet connection is available.

A link to the Library is located on the Rasmussen University Student Portal and via the Books & Tools link of any online course.  It is available to all Rasmussen University students, employees, and alumni.

From the Student Portal: Click on the Resources link in the top bar, and then click on Library.

Access resources using the links in the word cloud or from the dropdown menus, perform a quick search for resources in Discovery, or connect with the Library through the Live Chat service.

From an Online Class: Click on the Books & Tools link to access Library Resources:

How can I find my course textbook?

You can expect a prompt response, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM Central Time (by the next business day on weekends and *holidays).

Questions may be answered by a Librarian, Learning Services Coordinator, Instructor, or Tutor. 

*Veteran's Day -Monday, November 11

Questions submitted after 4:00PM Central on Friday, November 8 will receive responses on the next business day (Tuesday, November 12).
