If you use the Inline Grader to annotate and provide feedback, you do not need to save it to your computer and attach it after it is graded.   The assignment is saved within Blackboard Learn with your grading feedback, and after you have finished providing feedback and annotating, you simply select submit under Feedback to Learner in the Attempt section of the Inline Grader.
