You can add items to Blackboard Learn without adding them to the Content Collection, but adding them to a Content Collection is useful because you will then have them stored in Learn for future use.
To add a file or document that is not in a Content Collection, click on the “paper clip” icon in the message toolbar and follow the prompts to browse your computer for the file or document you wish to add.
