  1. In your course, you will navigate to Course Management and then Content Collection.  From there, select the specific Content Collection in which you would like to add files and documents.

  2. Inside the specific Content Collection, you will click on Upload and then Upload Files. You will have the option to browse your computer for files to add to your Content Collection.
  3. PLEASE NOTE:
    1. All files and documents need to be set to “Public” if students are to be able to view them.  For step-by-step instructions for making files “Public” in Content Collections, please see Setting Permissions in Content Collections in Module 01-Basic Navigation, which can be found in Rasmussen University’s Faculty Guide to Blackboard Learn (Password AAOPD).

    2. Additionally, files and documents uploaded into an individual course Content Collection will only be able to be seen by students in that specific course if the content is public. If you want to use files across courses and terms, you should upload the files and documents into your personal Content Collection.
