Unfortunately, WebEx does not support all versions of the Microsoft Office Suite. If you are using Microsoft Office 2013, your notes will not appear in the Meeting Center Panel. WebEx Support indicates that only versions 2010 or earlier will permit the use of the PPT Notes Panel.
