According to the Rasmussen University Catalog, the Freshman Seminar course “challenges students at the end of their freshman year to reflect on concepts and skills learned in courses across the curriculum. Summative assessments focus on general education skills that provide the basis for lifelong learning. Students must complete the Freshman Seminar as part of Certificate course requirements the quarter they are scheduled for the Career Development course." The course does not carry any credits.
