McGraw-Hill Connect Platform Technical Support

1. When using the McGraw-Hill Connect platform, it is recommended that you test your computer to make sure it contains the updated software programs and hardware to properly run the Connect platform. To test your computer, click on this link:

and on the right-hand side there will be a box titled, “CHECK STATUS SYSTEM”. Clicking that box will automatically perform a computer status check. Make sure you all systems are functional on your computer.


2. If you are experiencing a problem:

a. Accessing the Connect Platform

b. An issue with a Connect platform assignment (inform your instructor too)

c. After performing a “CHECK STATUS SYSTEM”, all systems on your computer are not functional

Then you will need to reach out to the McGraw-Hill Connect Platform Technical Support Team. They will be able to assist you with the concerns and/or problems you are experiencing. The McGraw-Hill Connect Platform Technical Support Team contact information is:
